Mercury retrograde can create communicative havoc, but what this time really signifies is an opportunity to reflect on specific parts of your life, particularly the parts of your life that connect to Leo. We'll explore this in the Lion's Gate Portal healing container. The retrograde begins before the container opens on July 17 and will station direct on August 11.
When the Sun and Mercury meet, this is an auspicious day (July 31) to proclaim what we hope to manifest.
And because the Sun rules Leo, this is an especially potent day. Your throat chakra will be coated in gold.

Leo season begins! And with the Sun in Leo, we can expect to feel supercharged in the realm of self-expression, vitality, courage, and creation.
The Sun rules Leo. This means the Sun is extremely comfortable in this sign. Another way of looking at this is that the Sun has full reign to ignite the fire within.
This means that from July 22, when the Sun moves into Leo, to August 22, when the Sun moves into Virgo, we'll be asked to explore how our ego and actions are uniquely created to take center stage.
Leo season is NOT a time for hiding. So if you're ready to infuse some of this energy into your life and lightwork, then the Lion's Gate Portal Activation energy healing container is for you.
Isis is Sirius (known as Sopdet to the Egyptians, and Sothis to the Greeks). She is the *Great Awakener.
When ancient Egyptians saw Sirius on the horizon, this marked the beginning of the new year.
This was a time of renewal when the overflow of the Nile brought great abundance and fertility to the land.
This is the power and the mythology that comes with the Lion's Gate portal.
July 24 marks Sirius's 2024 helical rising. Based on astronomical calculations, this is the date when Sirius can be seen on the horizon before the Sun rises. It appears as a morning star.
And because of this, I believe this is the proximate moment when the Lion's Gate Portal opens.
As I mentioned above, Sirius represents:

This moon conspires to amplify your energy and life force (a.k.a. the breath and spirit that moves you on your trailblazing lightworker path).
With the energy of the rising of Sirius (see above description) and the New Moon, there couldn't be a more potent time to set intentions.
Mercury has been retrograde in Leo since July 18. You may have noticed that you're more reflective than expressive these days, which is not the most easeful state for Leo. Leo wants to express without inhibition.
But on July 31, when Mercury enters the heart of the Sun, you get a break from this inward energy.
This is a powerful day to declare your deepest desires, and it's even more potent to do it with a group of lightworkers (ie, Discern members).
The Sun rules Leo, so this cosmic dance amplifies the natural inclination of Mercury in Leo to show up brightly and unapologetically.
In numerology, 8 represents abundance. When we flip 8 on its side, it becomes the infinity symbol.
When energy work is facilitated on this day, the powerful double 8.8 of infinite abundance is activated.
