Thank you so much for your interest in Intuition Immersion School. I’m honored and delighted you’re considering joining one of our programs. I don’t take your investment here for granted. This is why I describe the culture of this school right away.
Knowing who we are, what we stand for, and what direction we’re moving in will help you make an informed decision about how you want to spend your time and energy. So here goes!
Many of us have been raised in cultures that perpetuate systems designed to take our innate power away from us. For lightworkers, this looks like destabilizing our intuitive knowing and self-trust.
We learn to doubt what we see, know, and feel in favor of trusting outside sources. I call this “decentering our inner light” and “decentering our bigness.”
To me, “bigness” symbolizes the unbothered energy of existing in our natural intuitive truth and power. Bigness isn’t hierarchical. It’s a pervasive inner knowing of how our individual souls merge with the natural expression of the Universe (Source, God…).
When we understand our bigness, we can walk through life expressing all the facets of who we are without the need to explain or defend ourselves.
We simply exist in our unique, beautiful AND joyful expressions knowing that we are part of the natural order of life.
I always have the image of a wise old Zen master, walking through life, completely unfazed by what modern society throws at them, while at the same time, having the perfect response in the moment. But we don’t need to be a mountain sage to feel this energy.
It’s so easy to feel small in the Matrix. It’s designed that way. And so in the Matrix, we believe it’s safer to shrink than to share our gifts (see The Burning Times documentary by Donna Reed).
Part of how we do this is by making peace with how we’ve internalized the ways of the Matrix. When we do this, we detach from its hold on us. We shine as bright as we were meant to.
NOTE: The Matrix is a term I use to describe a universal system of oppression that uses violence and fear to gain power over humanity (especially minoritized and marginalized people) and environmental extraction and destruction to hoard personal wealth.
The Matrix makes us believe that we must behave in certain ways to belong in our communities and to be successful. This belief manifests most clearly in our relationships with time, space, money, and each other.
In the spirit of alchemizing this internalization into our greater collective bigness, I've written the values and guidelines of Intuition Immersion School so that you understand the culture you're joining.
May these support you and your expansion as you navigate the hallways and heart of this school.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Leilani Mañulu who helped me create these guidelines, and for being my guide as I navigate away from the ways I've internalized the Matrix. We've unpacked some uncomfortable (for me) experiences over the years. I'm so grateful to Leilani for her compassion, care, and unwavering belief in me and my vision.
I also want to thank Thérèse Cator for the space she held and the truth she helped me and many other white folks understand during Embodied Solidarity. This is where I met my dear friends, Anja Naundorf-Adu and Jo Gillard who are always there to compassionately hold me, and each other, accountable to our anti-racist practices. I'm forever grateful to them.
The journey is not over. It continues here with all of you. Thank you for being part of the liberation.
May we be happy. May we be peaceful. May we be free.
