The Lightworkers Laboratory is a small, focused cohort of trailblazing lightworkers who are ready to shape their transformational offerings, healing work, or spiritual teachings into a class, workshop, lesson, or presentation they feel genuinely confident delivering.
Over the course of this program you’ll:

Design your transmission with both structure and soul so it holds space and gets results

The Lightworkers Laboratory runs over roughly twelve weeks in a cohort of 10 participants. Each Module includes a live Zoom call for Q&A and group discussion, plus between-session work to keep you building momentum between calls.
You move through the program alongside a small group of fellow trailblazers; lightworkers who, like you, are doing something their community has never quite seen before.

By the end of Module 1, you'll have a clear picture of who your offer is for, and you'll be able to name the learning outcome for your participants' first encounter with you and identify the steps that lead there.
Before we meet for the first time (Call 1), you'll receive a set of reflection questions to help you arrive at the call with clarity about your offer and the people you want to serve.
Central to this work is the KASA framework, introduced by Donald Freeman, a language teacher educator whose work on how teachers learn transformed the field of language teaching. You'll look at your participants' Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Awareness, and use that picture to shape everything that comes after.
During our first call together, you'll share your vision with the group and we'll explore it together. You'll arrive having already reflected on your participants' KASA profile and the transformation you want to facilitate. By the end of Call 1, you'll be able to articulate who your offer is for as well as name the offer you want to provide.
By the end of Module 2, you'll be able to name the learning outcome for your participants' first encounter with you and identify the steps that lead there.
Between our first and second call, you'll begin exploring what it means to design your offer with intention, starting from the outcome and working toward the content. You'll bring that thinking to Call 2 where we'll dig into it together.
This is the heart of the Lab. During Call 3 and 4, you'll bring your draft offering into the room and test it with your fellow cohort members. This is a safe, supported space to feel what it's like to actually deliver your transmission and discover what lands, what opens up, and what wants to shift.
During this lesson, I'll give you suggestions on how to approach sharing your first draft during Call 3 and 4 where you begin experimenting.
During the last call, you'll make your final refinements and begin thinking about what it will actually look like to deliver your offering in the world: who it's for, when, and how.
During this lesson, I'll introduce you to the Experiential Learning Cycle, a powerful framework for learning from experience. Using this cycle, you'll reflect on what you practiced during Call 3 and 4, what you discovered about yourself as a facilitator, and what your offering is asking you to refine. You'll share what you learned from your reflection during our final call, Call 5.
I'm a teacher educator turned intuition mentor and coach with over two decades of experience designing curriculum, training teachers, and facilitating transformational learning.
Before founding Intuition Immersion School, I spent 12 years in the Korean education system working with teachers at every stage: from novice instructors finding their footing to experienced teachers deepening their craft. I designed teaching methodology courses, trained educators in lesson design, and guided reflective practice at the university level. I know how transmission works because I've spent my career building it from the inside out.
Today, after twenty years in South Korea, I'm back home in Nova Scotia, Canada, where I bridge that deep pedagogical foundation with my expertise in intuitive-based mentoring and energy work.
