The Lightworkers Laboratory is a small, focused cohort of trailblazing lightworkers who are ready to shape their transformational offerings, healing work, or spiritual teachings into a class, workshop, lesson, or presentation they feel genuinely confident delivering.
Over the course of this program you’ll:
Clarify and articulate what you’re offering so the right people immediately understand it
Learn the principles of how people receive, integrate, and are transformed by new information
Design your transmission with both structure and soul so it holds space and gets results
Refine your delivery so your message lands in the hearts it was meant for
Walk away with an offering you’re ready and excited to put into the world
The Lightworkers Laboratory runs over twelve weeks in a cohort of 10 participants. Each session includes a live Zoom call for Q&A and group discussion, plus between-session work to keep you building momentum between calls.
You move through the program alongside a small group of fellow trailblazers; lightworkers who, like you, are doing something their community has never quite seen before.
You will be seen, supported, and guided every step of the way.
Before we meet for the first time, you'll receive a set of reflection questions to help you arrive at Session 1 with clarity about your offer and the people you want to serve.
Central to this work is the KASA framework, introduced by Donald Freeman, a language teacher educator whose work on how teachers learn transformed the field of language teaching. You'll look at your participants' Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, and Awareness, and use that picture to shape everything that comes after.
SESSION 1: CLARIFYING THE VISION - May 19 : Venus enters Cancer
We open by doing what trailblazing lightworkers do best: dig deep and dream big.
During our first call together, you'll share your vision with the group and we'll explore it together. You'll arrive having already reflected on your participants' KASA profile and the transformation you want to facilitate. By the end of Session 1, you'll be able to articulate who your offer is for as well as name the offer you want to provide.
The skies open this session with Venus moving into Cancer: tender, heart-led, and nurturing. The perfect energy for the beginning of our Laboratory explorations.
BETWEEN SESSIONS 1 AND 2
Between our first and second call, you'll begin exploring what it means to design your offer with intention, starting from the outcome and working toward the content. You'll bring that thinking to Session 2, where we'll dig into it together.
June 16: Chiron enters Taurus, the sign of embodiment and worth
This is the heart of the Lab. You'll bring your draft offering into the room and test it with your fellow cohort members. This is a safe, supported space to feel what it's like to actually deliver your transmission and discover what lands, what opens up, and what wants to shift.
Just days after this session, Chiron (the wounded healer) moves into Taurus, the sign of embodiment, worth, and the voice. The healing of "my gifts have value and deserve to be heard" is alive in this moment.
BETWEEN SESSIONS 3 AND 4
You'll be introduced to the Experiential Learning Cycle, a powerful framework for learning from experience. Using it, you'll reflect on what you practiced in Session 3, what you discovered about yourself as a facilitator, and what your offering is asking you to refine.
You have a clear idea for a class, workshop, lesson, or presentation you want to offer, even if it still needs shaping
Your work has a healing, spiritual, or transformational dimension
You’re doing something your community hasn't quite seen before and you feel the courage it takes to step forward anyway
You’re ready to be guided, to receive feedback, and to do the work of refining your offering
You can commit to five sessions over 12 weeks and show up fully for yourself and your cohort

I'm a teacher educator turned intuition mentor and coach with over two decades of experience designing curriculum, training teachers, and facilitating transformational learning.
Before founding Intuition Immersion School, I spent 12 years in the Korean education system working with teachers at every stage: from novice instructors finding their footing to experienced teachers deepening their craft. I designed teaching methodology courses, trained educators in lesson design, and guided reflective practice at the university level. I know how transmission works because I've spent my career building it from the inside out.
Today, after twenty years in South Korea, I'm back home in Nova Scotia, Canada, where I bridge that deep pedagogical foundation with my expertise in intuitive-based mentoring and energy work.
The offerings I help you build are grounded in both soul and structure.
